 CamUniversal Test Review I am still in the process of testing the application to see how well it works. The GUI seem to be base on a spreadsheetstyle with 11 Icons across the top and a pull down text menu with 4 items listed. There are lots of features and they all seem to work but it's hard to tell with the shareware version of the product. I intend to buy the full product when I add more cameras and know more about the web server functions. I myself wish there were video instructions clips on the topic of setting up servers with demos showing ...

 Errored as running Installed and it began and then error boxes gallore...Uninstalled...
 Good but little pricey. I only needed it once for mass moval of pictures from an old web site of mine that didn't have ftp access, to a new site. If it was $5 I would consider buying it but at $30 I think it's too high for a one time use. It is great software and does exactly what it says which is fine, but for me it's the price.
Solved my problems instantly. This is wonderful software. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to easily capture images. Easy to use, and quality is outstanding.
Just Tried It Since I didn't pay for full version, advanced features denied. However, once I got the hang of the process, it was rather incredible. I imagine with the full featured version, that your research time is cut to less than, well, how much research do you want to consider and how large of archive space and processor time can one afford? Sky's one limit!

Product is overall fine; however, the web site information led me to believe this software would open a .max file type, but it does not; so I paid for a piece of software that I will not use.
I needed a viewer to open a .MAX file from a client. Unfortunately, PVM did not work for me with this file extension.

 It crashed on me. Videos were scrambled unless I was playing them back, so I couldn't scrub to a still frame. Downloaded the DVD version, which seemed to work better. Loved the single frame capture technique of just clicking a button and then batch exporting. Will probably buy.

Simple and nifty (about Xilisoft Video Snapshot for Mac) Very simple program, but effective for what I wanted - a small application that could rip a series of stills from a video at preset intervals/frames to build up a "storyboard". Did this very easily, and very quickly.
